Cleaning Tips
Blot (do not rub) spills immediately with a clean cloth. Dried spills
are more difficult to remove.
Keep the cleaning
code for your fabric in a safe place and refer to it. This will
determine the type of cleaner to use.
Follow cleaning
instructions on the cleaning agent.
Test all cleaners on
hidden area for color fastness.
Keep a small
spill small. Work lightly from center to edges, feathering the edges by
dampening them and irregularly blotting quickly to avoid rings.
Shop secret---to
remove blood, if still wet, use the saliva of the person who it belongs
to.
Shop
secret---after checking for color fastness on a hidden area, use lacquer
thinner on a cloth the same color as the stained fabric.
Apply to cloth and rub gently. To
prevent rings use a hair dryer on cool to dry.
